1 cup - Gram flour  ¼ cup - Urad daal ⅛ tsp - Baking soda ¾ tsp - Salt Oil for Deep-frying 1 tsp -  Red Chilli powder ½ tsp - Balck salt 1 tsp - Dried mango powder

Step 1

Take besan, urad dal flour, baking soda, and salt in a big vessel and combine them properly. Pour water and knead into a stiff dough.

Beat the dough in a large mortar with a pestle for 2 minutes, applying pressure until it's smooth. Flip the dough after each beat for a uniform texture.

Divide the chorafali dough in half. Flatten one portion between your palms and cover the other portion to prevent drying.

On a greased rolling board, place the flattened portion and roll it into a circle. Cut long strips along all four edges using a knife.

Heat oil over medium-high heat for deep-frying. Add chorafali strips and fry on low heat until they turn light brown on both sides.

Step 6

Transfer the fried chorafali to a bowl, sprinkle spice powder on top, and gently toss. Allow it to cool before serving. Store in an airtight container.
