The orange mojito is a summertime treat. This tasty thirst quencher is easy to make. The Orange Mojito recipe is prepared with mint leaves, orange, lime, and soda.

- ½ Lime cut into small wedges
- 8-10 Fresh mint leaves
- ½ - 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2-3 tbsp Freshly squeezed orange juice
- ½-1 tbsp Club soda
- Few Ice cubes
- Orange slices and mint leaves for garnish
Muddle the lime wedges, and mint leaves with the sugar in a highball glass.
Add ice to the glass, followed by orange juice.
Stir well to combine all ingredients.
Add club soda on top and mix gently.
Garnish with orange slices and mint leaves.
- To make simple syrup, heat equal parts of sugar and water in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool before using.
- For a better taste, use freshly squeezed orange juice. Avoid store-bought orange juice, as it may contain added sugars and preservatives.
- Adjust the amount of sugar and club soda to your liking. If you prefer a sweeter cocktail, add more sweet syrup. If you prefer a lighter cocktail, add more club soda.
- To make a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum and increase the amount of orange juice and club soda.
