A fennel tea recipe is easy to make and contains delicate flavour, a wonderful aroma and tastes delicious.It is made with fennel seeds, honey, and water.

- 1 tbsp Crushed fennel seeds saunf
- 1-2 cups Water
- ½ tsp Honey
- ½ tsp Crushed ginger
- Mint leaves optional
- Fennel seeds flavoured essence
In a pot, boil the water. When it comes to boiling, add crushed fennel seeds.
Then add crushed ginger. Let the water simmer on medium to low flame until it is reduced to just one cup.
Turn off the gas and strain the fennel tea into a cup.
To add flavour to the fennel tea, add honey, mint leaves and the flavoured essence of fennel seeds.
Mix well and serve the fennel tea hot.
- If you prefer, you can also add cumin seeds and coriander seeds.
- Other ingredient options are lemon juice, basil, and mint leaves, that taste delicious.
- You can use powdered sugar instead of honey.
- Cinnamon can be added to spice up your fennel seed tea.
