Refreshing Cucumber Juice Recipe

This quick and easy healthy cucumber juice recipe is an easy way of getting the goodness in. Cucumber juice is refreshing and zingy and is made with cucumber and mint leaves.

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 large cucumber
  • 12-15 Mint leaves
  • 1-2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 8-10 Ice cubes
  • ¼ tsp Ginger crushed (optional)
  • ½-1 tsp Chaat masala
  • A pinch of pink salt or black salt
  • A little bit of Black pepper powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the cucumber properly, slice both ends, and chop them into cubes.
  • Rinse the mint leaves and peel the ginger.
  • Now in a blender, take the chopped cucumber, ginger, and mint leaves and blend them with chilled water.
  • Add salt, lemon juice, and chaat masala to the juice.
  • Add mint leaves and ice cubes, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can use English or Persian cucumber, and it can be used without peeling the skin off.
  • You can also use lime instead of lemon and make refreshing cucumber lemonade.
  • Cucumber juice can be stored for two days in the refrigerator.
