Magnificent Amla Juice Recipe

Amla juice is a great morning drink with so many health benefits. A well-liked fruit that is a rich source of nutrients and improves overall health.

- 4-5 Medium-sized Amla or Indian gooseberry chopped
- 1-2 tsp Ginger paste
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 2-3 cups Water
- 2-3 tsp Honey or Sugar
- ½ tsp Black pepper powder
- Salt as per taste
Rinse the amla or Indian gooseberry and remove all the wedges of the amla. Remove the seeds and separate the wedges.
Chop the wedges into small pieces and transfer them to a bowl. Add chopped amla, water, salt, ginger paste, black pepper powder, and honey in a mixer.
Blend the juice until smooth, and then pour it into a strainer over a big bowl.
Press and extract the juice completely. Add lemon juice and mix well.
Amla or Indian gooseberry juice is ready to serve.
- Add the water as per the measurements given.
- You can add sugar in case you don’t like honey.
- Lemon juice helps to balance the bitterness in the amla.
