Prune Juice Recipe

A healthy drink that you can serve at any time is the prune juice recipe. It is very good for you if you're trying to follow a juice diet to maintain your health.

  • 1 Strainer
  • 1 pitcher
  • 2-3 Serving Glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 cup Water
  • 5-6 Prunes
  • 1-2 tsp Sugar
  • ¼ tbsp Apple juice optional
  • ¼ cup Vanilla Yogurt
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon powder
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract optional
  • A pinch of salt and nutmeg powder
  • 6-8 Ice cubes or ½ cup crushed ice
  • Mint and fresh berries for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Put dried prunes in a cup of warm water to soak. For 30 minutes, soak.
  • Adding Prunes and water to the mixer jar is the second step of this recipe.
  • Pour in 1 cup of water.
  • Add some sugar, apple juice, vanilla yogurt, cinnamon powder, salt, nutmeg powder, and vanilla extract and blend the mixture.
  • Once smooth, pour the juice into the strainer placed above a large bowl.
  • To fully extract juice, use a ladle. To extract juice, press lightly with a ladle.
  • Fill the glasses with prune juice and garnish it with mint, berries and ice cubes.
  • Prunes juice can be served straight up or chilled.

Notes

  • To create prune juice, choose organic prunes that are salt, sugar, and chemical-free.
  • Press it with a spoon many times to extract as much juice as you can.
  • After straining, if more water is needed to get the desired consistency, do so.
