- 5-6 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- 3-4 tbsp Real Coco Cream Of Coconut
- ¾ cup Coconut Milk
- ¾ cup Club Soda or Sparkling Water
- 4-5 ice cubes
- 2 tbsp Shredded Coconut optional for garnish
First off, in order to make the sugar lime rim, blend the lime zest, salt, and sugar on a shallow plate, run a lime wedge in the rim of the glasses, and dip into the sugar mixture.
Next, fill it with ice.
Then, lightly muddle the mint in a cocktail shaker you have.
Next up, add coconut cream, lime juice, and ice and shake well.
Then, consider straining into rimmed glass which is top with club soda.
Eventually, garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
- Blend the coconut mojito’s ingredients (except the soda) with one cup of ice to make a delicious frozen cocktail. Fill the glass with soda or leave it out.
- Coconut Mojitos must be shaken in a cocktail mixer to integrate the cream of coconut with the other ingredients, unlike different flavors.
- If you’d like an alcoholic version, replace the club soda with rum and pour the cocktail over ice.
- To make the beverage sweeter, add an extra cream of coconut.
- Add a splash of fruit juice: For a fruity twist, you can add a splash of pineapple juice, mango juice, or another tropical fruit juice to the cocktail.
