Equipment

  • Three-Piece Cobbler Shaker with Built-In Strainer ( You can have your Shaker and Strainer Separately too.)
  • Twisted Bar Spoon with Disk Muddler
  • Straws
  • 25ml/50ml Measure

Ingredients

  • 5-6 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 20 ml Blackcurrant cordial
  • ¾ cup Club Soda or Sparkling Water
  • 4-5 Ice cubes
  • 2-3 lime wedges optional

Instructions

  • First off, squeeze the juice of one lime into a tall glass and then consider adding five to six mint leaves. Mix the ingredients making use of a muddler.
  • After that, arrange the lime wedges and then add the ice cubes. As you add the lime wedges, give each one a light squeeze.
  • To the glass, add the cordial made from blackcurrants.
  • After adding the soda water and stirring the mixture, garnish with the mint leaves and serve.
  • Instantaneously ready to be served.

Notes

  • Don't forget to remember that you can opt to choose freshly brewed blackcurrant syrup or jam for the Blackcurrant cordial if preferred.
  • Furthermore, you can choose crushed ice, rather than using ice cubes if you need to achieve a freezing effect.
