Equipment

  • Medium-Sized Saucepan
  • Whisk
  • Coffee Mugs

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Of Milk Any Milk According To Your Preference
  • 3 to 4 tbsp Pandan Syrup
  • 2 Espresso Shots
  • 1 tsp Of Pandan Paste Optional
  • Fresh Cream Optional

For Toppings (Optional)

  • Glass Jelly
  • Boba Or Tapioca Balls
  • Flavored Lychee Jelly

Instructions

  • Take a medium-sized saucepan and add milk. Warm up the milk over low to medium heat and bring it to a boil. By doing this, it allows the milk to froth better.
  • After this, turn off the gas and then gently add pandan syrup. If you like, you can also add pandan paste and fresh cream at this time.
  • Combine everything well and keep on whisking until you receive a thick foam.
  • Next, add the pandan latte into the coffee mugs and then pour in the espresso shots.
  • Your pandan latte is ready to be served!

Notes

  • You can use any milk such as soy milk, almond milk, oats milk, coconut milk, etc. It's completely your choice!
  • No sweetener is used in this recipe because pandan syrup itself contains sugar, and there's no need to add more sugar. But you can adjust the sweet taste of your pandan latte by adding sugar according to your preferences.
  • Adding pandan paste is completely optional, and it is often added because it just gives that vibrant green color to the pandan latte. Because pandan syrup is of light green color, and when it is mixed with milk, it gets even lighter.
  • If espresso is not available, you can even use instant coffee powder mixed with hot water as an alternative.
  • Adding fresh cream helps in adding a thicker texture to the milk. You can skip this if you are mindful of your diet.
  • You can add the above-mentioned toppings to your pandan latte to your liking.
  • You can store the pandan latte in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
