- 2 Cups Of Water
- 2/3 Of Coconut Milk
- 1 tsp Of Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Of Honey Or Any Sweetener Of Choice

In a saucepan, add water and let it boil over medium to high heat. Then, add the green tea bags and let it steep for 3 to 4 minutes.
Now remove the green tea bags and allow them to cool. Keep it in the refrigerator. (Don’t do this if you are making the hot version of the tea).
Add the cooked tapioca pearls to the serving cups and top them with vanilla extract and honey. Give it a nice stir.
Take out the chilled tea from the refrigerator and pour it over the tapioca pearls. Add the ice cubes and then pour the coconut milk.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
- You can use different types of tea, like black tea, white tea, or herbal tea, to make this recipe. I wanted to make it healthier, so I have used green tea here!
- This recipe is all about brewing the tea in coconut milk, and I have used full-fat coconut milk here! However, if you want, you can use different types of milk like lite coconut milk, oats milk, almond milk, or even heavy cream.
- If you prefer, you can froth the coconut milk before adding it to the serving cups.
- You can use any sweetener that you prefer instead of honey, such as granulated sugar, maple syrup, or agave nectar. You can even use coconut sugar for this recipe.
- Coconut milk tea can be served cold or hot, but I personally like to go for an iced tea.
- You can even top it up with whipped cream for that extra richness.
- Tapioca or boba pearls are completely optional, and if you want, you can skip adding these.
- You can also make this recipe with white or black tapioca pearls; it's up to you!
