Mango mojito is a refreshing and easy-to-make cocktail perfect for any occasion. It combines fresh mango, mint, and lime. It's sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it.

- 1 Ripe mango peeled and diced
- 6-8 Fresh mint leaves
- 1 tbsp Fresh lime juice
- 1-2 tbsp Simple syrup or sugar
- ¾ cup Club soda/sparkling water
- 6-8 Ice cubes
Combine the diced mango and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker until well combined.
Add the lime juice and simple syrup to the shaker and fill it with ice.
Shake well until chilled and strain into a glass filled with ice.
Top with club soda/sparkling water and garnish with extra mint leaves and diced mango.
- You should use ripe mangoes, such as Alphonso from Maharashtra and Kesar from Gujarat.
- If you don't have simple syrup, you can make your own by dissolving equal parts of sugar and water in a pan over low heat until the sugar has completely dissolved and use it once it is excellent.
- You can make an alcoholic version by adding white rum or gin.
