  • Twisted Bar Spoon with Disk Muddler
  • Straws
  • 25ml/50ml Measure

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ripe mango peeled and diced
  • 6-8 Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lime juice
  • 1-2 tbsp Simple syrup or sugar
  • ¾ cup Club soda/sparkling water
  • 6-8 Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Combine the diced mango and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker until well combined.
  • Add the lime juice and simple syrup to the shaker and fill it with ice.
