- Make use of high-quality Hojicha powder to make Hojicha Latte as it dissolves easily into the water and gives you a flavourful taste that is not bitter.
- You can use milk of your choice, such as almond milk, soy milk, oats milk and more. I prefer using whole milk or thicker milk to make it more creamier.
- You can use any sweetener of your choice, such as honey, maple syrup, agave syrup, etc. Or just add brown sugar to the Hojicha Latte.
- To garnish, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon powder on top of the Hojicha Latte. You can even add whipped cream on top of it!
- If you like, add vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract to your latte.
- You can adjust the ratio of Hojicha powder and water according to your taste preferences.
- You can even use a milk frother or electric whisk to foam up the tea if it's difficult for you to foam it up using a bamboo whisk.
