  • 4 g Of Dried Mushrooms Of Your Choice
  • 4 Cups Of Water
  • Lemon Juice Optional
  • Honey Or Any Sweetener Of Your Choice Optional

Instructions
 

  • Take the mushrooms of your choice and cut them into thin slices or small cubes.
  • In a medium-sized saucepan, add water and bring it to a boil.
  • Next, add the chopped mushrooms to the boiling water and let it simmer over low to medium heat for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Now take off the saucepan from the heat and strain the liquid using a fine mesh strainer directly into the tea cups.
  • Next, if you prefer, then you can add lemon juice, honey or any other type of sweetness as per your taste to the Mushroom tea. Or you can simply avoid adding any of these.
  • And that’s it, your Mushroom Tea is ready to be enjoyed!
