  • 1 Large Pot
  • 1 Strainer
  • 1 pitcher
  • 2-3 Serving Glass


  • 10-15 Buransh flowers
  • 1 liter Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 8-10 Ice cubes
  • 6-8 Mint leaves


  • First, rinse the Buransh flowers under running water to remove dirt or debris.
  • In a large pot, add the water and Buransh flowers, and bring them to a boil.
  • Let the flowers simmer for 10 minutes or until the water turns red.
  • Strain the liquid using a fine-mesh sieve, and discard the flowers.
  • Pour the strained liquid back into the pot, and add sugar. Mix firmly until all of the sugar has been dissolved.
  • Let the mixture cool to room temperature, and then add lemon juice. Mix well.
  • Transfer the liquid to a pitcher, and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  • If desired, serve the Buransh juice chilled with ice cubes and mint leaves.


  • Use fresh Buransh flowers for the best flavor. If fresh flowers are not available, you can use dried flowers instead.
  • Soak the flowers in water for at least 2-3 hours before boiling them. It will help to release the flavor and color of the flowers.
  • Buransh juice is also used as a base for cocktails, so feel free to experiment with different combinations of ingredients.
  • While boiling the Buransh  flowers, you can add a small piece of fresh ginger. The spicy flavor of ginger adds to the digestion process and aids in digestion.
